Blessthefall release new song teaser, update social media profiles
Making a return
Blue Ridge Rock Festival fans have been anxiously awaiting the announcement of the unnamed reunion band currently listed on the festival lineup poster. Many have speculated (or hopefully wished) a Blessthefall reunion was in the works- and they were right!
The band released an announcement today for an upcoming new song, Wake the Dead, which will drop at 12amEST / 9amPST this Wednesday 5/24. You can pre-save Wake the Dead now.
Wake the Dead will mark the first new music release from Blessthefall in 5 years since their 2018 album Hard Feelings. The band quietly went quiet after their 2019 Witness 10-Year Anniversary tour when their activity on social media came to a halt.
While not officially announced for Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2023, between today’s news and the matching twelve-character name to fit the twelve question marks on the lineup poster, it would be safe to say with near certainty that Blessthefall will be making an appearance in September.
